This is our New Designer Petwear Boutique!

The boutique opened it’s doors to the public on Saturday 19 April 2008 and has been an instant success. The Charlie & Ben Designer Petwear Boutique is based in the Antiques Village of the Metro Centre (Upper Level between the Blue and Green Malls). Access to the Metro Centre could not be easier as the Centre is located next to the A1 and also has its own Bus Station and Train Station. International visitors coming into Newcastle Airport can take a short Metro journey to Newcastle Central Station and use either the Rail or Bus links from there.

We are open 7 days a week:

Monday to Friday - 10am to 9pm (10am to 10pm during November and December)
Saturday - 9am to 7pm
Sunday - 11am to 5pm
Bank Holidays - 10am to 6pm
Closed - Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

Unfortunately Dogs and Cats are not allowed into the Metro Centre, so you will have to visit on your own But never fear we are able to accept returns and exchanges via the website should you have bought the wrong size.
